Cancellation's - For cancellations of fresh flowers*, Flowers etc requires two working days' notice before the delivery date. For cancellations of non-perishable items, one working day's notice is required. To cancel an order, please phone our shop. *Some orders may have a cancellation fee added. *Weddings and Funerals Cancelation Policy may differ please call to find out more.
Deliveries - All our Flowers are delivered by our own delivery system. We deliver to a radius of 20 Miles from our shop inc. Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-world, Chipping Campden, Kidlington and Bourton-on-the-water. (If you are unsure about whether we deliver to your area please feel free to call us on 01608642917 ) Different areas are subject to different delivery charges. All Soft Goods and Cards may be shipped by a Postal Company, we would let you know once item is shipped, after this please relate to their T&C's for more information.
Specific Flowers- If you require a specific variety of flowers for a Hand Tied that is not stocked in the shop please contact us 24hrs before you wish to send them and we will endeavour to source them. Flowers may be at a higher cost if out of season, this is subject to the market costs for the week.
Refund Policy- We do not accept refunds on any breakages or if flowers get damged in transit. If Flowers die within 5 days of purchase we will consider a replacment subject to proof of purchase. We cannot accept refunds on soft goods due to hygine issues. On our gifts we wont refund any damged or marked goods.
Offers- Flowers etc can withdraw any offer at any time. This will be alerted before payments. Any offers dont include our delivery service or Jelly Cat Toys. Any interflora service is exluded to from our offers as this is a 3rd partie service that we provide.

DISCLAIMER
*Whilst we endeavour to reproduce the flowers in the pictures it may sometimes not be possible due to the availability or season.If that is the case we will ensure the overall colour and appearance is as close to the picture as possible. Delivery prices are not included.
